1. The site with enough size should be selected according to the actual size of the equipment. During operation and maintenance, try to keep a distance of more than 1m from the surrounding environment.

2. The installation site must be well ventilated with less dust.

3. Do not install in corrosive environment.

4. Muffler (exhaust gas outlet of PSA nitrogen making device) can be installed indoors or outdoors. When the air compressor and nitrogen device are in the same room, the muffler should be installed outdoors to avoid affecting the nitrogen output.

5. The nitrogen generating device should be placed in the place with poor ventilation, and the muffler should be installed outdoors.

6. If the muffler is installed outdoors, the muffler installed outdoors shall be equipped with rain proof facilities, and the installation height shall not be higher than the smoke exhaust outlet, otherwise, the sewage in the pipeline can not be discharged, and it is easy to cause the sewage to flow back.

7. Precautions for power supply installation:

(1) The power supply should be configured according to the calibration voltage (V), current (a) and phase number; (2) the grid voltage should be within 10% of AC; (3) in order to ensure safety, the safety voltage electrical components must be effectively grounded; (4) the installation of electrical equipment must be carried out in accordance with the relevant national regulations and requirements.
