1. Turn off all power switches, including nitrogen generator, nitrogen inlet valve and sample generator, and wait for the system and pipeline to release pressure completely. Adjust the oxygen analyzer for sample generation, adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 1.0 bar, adjust the flow meter of the sample generator, and adjust the gas volume to about. Note that the gas volume of the sample generator is not too large, and start to detect the purity of nitrogen.

2. After the compressed air pressure reaches 0.7MPa, the stop valve of nitrogen generator must be opened to observe the pressure change of adsorption tank and the action of pneumatic valve.

3. When the pressure of regeneration tower is zero, the pressure of two towers should be close to half of the original working tower pressure.

4. Close the whole system and all parts of the system. When the pressure of adsorption tank of nitrogen generator reaches about 0.6MPa, observe whether the nitrogen generator works normally.
